VIRGINITY LOST
(Click the above title to see the film)
‘Virginity Lost’ was my 1st student film. We shot it in the fall of 2003. I made a list of all the reasons that students have production troubles, then wrote a script and planned a shoot that would avoid as many of those problems as possible. I kept the concept simple, and structured it in a way that we could improvise concepts for scenes through out shooting. Overall, the shoot was a lot of fun, and fairly low on stress. After I turned it in for class, we did some reshoots before we entered it in the student film festival. I ended up winning best comedy. I watched it again last night, and I have to say, despite being pretty amateurish, some of the scenes still crack me up. I hope you enjoy it, too.
